NSBM Leadership Forum 2023 organized by the Students’ Wellbeing Association of NSBM Green University was held on 12th September 2023 at NSBM premises. The event hosted a line-up of inspiring personalities as the speakers, featuring Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM Green University, Ms.Shiwanthika De Costa, Manager (A4) / Sales Coordination at Sri Lanka Telecom and Ms. Indika Upamali, a leading singer and music director, who shared insights and perspectives on leadership in today’s dynamic world.
The forum also saw the prestigious presence of the Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance of NSBM, Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Head of Student Affairs, Mr. Thisal Yatawara, Master in Charge of Students’ Wellbeing Association – Senior Lecturer, Mr. Prasanna Perera, Mistress in Charge – Lecturer, Ms. Ashani Jayasundara, as well as other academic staff.
NSBM Leadership Forum is an annual event organized by the Students’ Wellbeing Association with the aim of providing extensive knowledge and insights about leadership management and related subjects. The Student Wellbeing Association has consistently concluded the programme in previous years, fostering the development of distinct personalities and charismatic leaders.
