The Professional Development Avenue of the Rotaract Club of NSBM Green University successfully concluded its leadership workshop, “LEAD,” on August 18, 2024, at the university premises. LEAD featured esteemed industry experts, Mr. Mandapa Pandithage and Mr. Gayantha Niyangoda who shared invaluable insights and practical leadership skills with participants.

 

The workshop’s impact was further enhanced by the participation of Interact Clubs from Carey College, Viharamahadevi Balika Vidyalaya, Gothami Balika Vidyalaya, Asoka College, and St. Joseph’s College, Colombo. By engaging with the younger generation, LEAD played a pivotal role in empowering future leaders.
