With the purpose of enhancing students’ knowledge by providing them with a real experience of how manufacturing processors operate, the Industrial Management Circle of NSBM Green University organized VECTOR’22, an industrial visit on 1st December 2022 to PGP Glass Ceylon PLC, Horana, which is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of glass bottles, with a rich history spanning over 60 years.

The students of 19.2/20.1, who are following the BSc in Business Management (Industrial) (Special) degree program, the students of Industrial Management Circle, and Ms. Rekha Kulasekara, the MIC of Industrial Management Circle, participated in the industrial visit. Participants gained a thorough understanding of the organization as well as hands-on experience with glass manufacturing operations.

The VECTOR’22, 1st industrial visit, is organized by the Industrial Management Circle under the guidance of Ms. Thilini De Silva, the Dean Faculty of Business, and Ms. Rekha Kulasekara MIC of the Industrial Management Circle. It concluded with positive feedback from participants and PGP Glass Ceylon PLC.
