HACKTO-NIGHT, an overnight hackathon organized by the FOSS Community of NSBM, was successfully unfolded on the 14th and 15th of October 2022, at the Faculty of Computing.

Comprised of over 100 competitors in participation, HACKTO-NIGHT mainly intended to increase NSBM undergraduates’ contribution toward open source and uplift their technological knowledge, problem-solving skills, coding skills, and team spirit.

The hackathon was glamoured with the graceful participation of Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy-Vice Chancellor, Dr. Rasika Ranaweera – Dean, Faculty of Computing, Mr. Mohomed Shafraz – Master in charge of the FOSS Community of NSBM, Mrs. Manoja Weerasekara – Senior lecturer of the Faculty of Computing, Mr. Naji Saravanapavan – Senior lecturer of Faculty of Computing and Mr. Pramudya Tilakaratne – Lecturer of Faculty of Computing.
