The NSBM Sports Council Badging Ceremony for 2024 was held recently to officially badge the new board members into their respective positions, marking the beginning of their journey within the NSBM Sports community.

The ceremony welcomed figures of significance, including Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Ms. Aushadharie Kaushalya, Head of Student Affairs and Ms. Shanika Sewwandi, Executive Sports and Physical Education. Also in attendance were the dedicated Lecturers in charge of all NSBM Sports Clubs, alongside all NSBM Sportsmen and Sportswomen.

As farewells were bid to the outgoing members, they were extended heartfelt appreciation for their exceptional contributions throughout the year 2023. Their dedication and hard work were acknowledged as instrumental in elevating the NSBM Sports community to new heights.

A special acknowledgement was reserved for the lecturers in charge, whose tireless efforts played a pivotal role in fostering growth and excellence within the sports programs.
