NSBM Green University entered into a partnership with Cloud Solutions International to establish collaboration for university-industry interaction. This mutually beneficial partnership was initiated by the Department of Software Engineering aligned with the NSBM Industry Partnership Programme of NFORCE.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for this partnership was signed between the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM, Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake and Shamri Ahafurdeen – Head of Corporate Engagement, Partnerships and Shared Services at Cloud Solutions International. The occasion was witnessed by the Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Prof. Chaminda Wijesinghe, Head of the Department of Software Engineering, Dr. Mohomad Shafraz, Senior Lecturer Ms. Pavithra Subhashini, Manager – NFORCE, Mr. Mohamed Rushdi. Representing Cloud Solutions International were Ashoka Ekanayake, Head of Engineering; Melissa Jayawardhane, PR & Corporate Communications Lead; and Senuri Rizvi, TA Specialist.
