As part of NSBM’s ongoing commitment to school student development, a special seminar was held at Maris Stella College, Thimbirigaskatuwa, in aligning school’s Commerce Day 2024 – “La etica”, themed “Ethics in Digital Platforms.” The seminar, which took place on 6th September 2024 at the school premises, attracted an enthusiastic group of students eager to explore the complexities of this timely topic.
The seminar focused on responsible usage of digital media platforms and provided an invaluable opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of the legal principles that underpin responsible and ethical digital citizenship. Hosted by the NSBM Marketing Division, it was expertly conducted by Ms. Naduni Madara, a Lecturer from the Department of Legal Studies at NSBM Green University, who shared her expertise and insights to inspire and empower the young minds in attendance.
