NSBM Green University ceremonially welcomed 1000+ new students who enrolled on March 2023 Intake at the Inauguration Ceremony of NSBM undergraduate degrees held on 21^st March under four sessions at the NSBM premises with the participation of distinguished guests, new entrants and their parents.

The ceremonial inauguration took place in the honourable presence of Vice Chancellor of NSBM, Prof. E. A. Weerasinghe, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Deans of the faculties, academic and non-academic staff.

Each session of the ceremony comprised inspiring Keynote Speeches delivered by renowned personalities who graced the occasion as Chief Guests: General Daya Rathnayake, Secretary to the Ministry of Industries and Mr. Shenal Colonne, Vice President – Delivery / Segment Head at Virtusa PLC and Prof. Darshana Sedera, Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Business, Law and Arts of Southern Cross University, Australia.

Speaking at this special ceremony, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance and several other senior academics of NSBM congratulated the new batch for selecting NSBM to pursue their higher education while providing both students and parents with valuable insights into life at NSBM and the uniqueness of its degree programmes.
