NFORCE Career Week at NSBM Green University featured an engaging Mock Interview Session organized by the NFORCE Club. This event was designed to benefit students from all batches and faculties, providing them with a unique opportunity to enhance their career readiness.

The session featured 25 HR professionals representing 13 esteemed companies, including MIT ESP, Modern Pack, Kandian Pro, Inqube, Sunshine Holdings, Informate, Bluscope, and Nations Trust Bank. These professionals generously offered their time and expertise to review student CVs, conduct interviews, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

This inaugural event saw impressive participation, with over 120 students taking advantage of this valuable experience. The session was officially opened by Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean of the Faculty of Business, and Mohamed Rushdi Hadhi, Manager of NFORCE.
