The Department of Operations and Logistics at NSBM Green University, in collaboration with NFORCE (NSBM career guidance unit), participated in a field visit to Fonterra Brands Lanka on 19th July 2024. A group of students following the specialization of Industrial Management eagerly explored the inner workings of Fonterra’s manufacturing operations. They witnessed the production lines in action, delved into quality control processes, and engaged in a knowledge-sharing session hosted by the plant manager. The visit provided valuable insights into Manufacturing Excellence, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
