NSBM Green University was honoured to welcome the High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka, His Excellency Santosh Jha at the NSBM premises today, March 12th, 2024. This official visit coincided with the NSBM Degree Inauguration Ceremony for the March 2024 Intake, where he served as the distinguished chief guest.

During the visit, the HE High Commissioner received a comprehensive tour of NSBM’s state-of-the-art facilities, including an insightful glimpse into the ongoing development of NSBM Phase II. Engaging in fruitful discussions with NSBM’s Top Management, led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. E. A. Weerasinghe, His Excellency was presented with a comprehensive overview of NSBM’s journey, visionary plans, strategic initiatives, and forthcoming expansions.

Witnessing firsthand NSBM’s impressive growth trajectory and visionary plans for the future, His Excellency conveyed his sincere admiration for the university’s role in empowering the youth of Sri Lanka. In a symbolic gesture of goodwill, he further went on to extend his compliments by leaving a special note in the NSBM Guest Book.
