The CompuVate Association at NSBM Green University proudly held its Inauguration Ceremony on the 7th of October 2024 at the Green Boardroom. This momentous occasion marked the official launch of CompuVate and the appointment of the new executive board for the 20242025 term.
The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Chaminda Wijesinghe, Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Ms. Lakni Peiris, Lecturer-in-Charge of the Association along with Mr. Isuru Sri Bandara, Ms. Nethmi Weerasinghe, Ms. Sarangi Attanayake, Ms. Yasanthika Mathotaarachchi, Ms. Sanuli Weerasinghe, representing the Faculty of Computing’s esteemed academic staff members.
CompuVate Association is dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence in the field of technology by organizing competitions and events across various computing disciplines, aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of undergraduate students. The association’s mission is to “Compete, Innovate, and Elevate” in the pursuit of technological advancement.
