The NFORCE club at NSBM Green University recently held its inaugural appointing badge installation ceremony. This club operates under the NFORCE – Career Guidance Unit and focuses on activity-based initiatives to enhance undergraduates’ professional skills.

The ceremony was graced with the attendance of the Head of Academic and Quality Assurance,  Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Senior Manager – Administration, Mr. Kapila Liyanage, and various academics from all faculties at NSBM Green University. Also present were the club’s MICs, Mr. Rushdi Hadhi, the Manager of Career Guidance, and Ms. Aushadharie Kaushalya, – Lecturer, Faculty of Business. 

This event stood out due to its comprehensive incorporation of sustainability practices. By envisioning strategies with multiple sub-units, the event aimed to offer exceptional services to NSBM undergraduates, equipping them with career readiness even before graduation. Additionally, the projects of the club have provided a valuable platform for enhancing leadership and management skills, ensuring that NSBM students are well-prepared to represent the NSBM brand in the future corporate world.
