NSBM Green University had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the Senior Management Team of IFS on 16th June 2024. The delegation was led by Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Ms. Kate Bishop and included Chief Operations Officer Mr. Ranil Rajapakse; Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Thilanka Jayathilake; Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Ms. Chanukah Gunawardena; and Executive of Employer Branding, Ms. Oshadi Kaumada.

IFS Delegation was extended a warm welcome on campus by NSBM Team, including the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake; Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Dr. Chaminda Wijesinghe; Head of the Department of Software Engineering, Dr. Mohomad Shafraz; Head of the Department of Computer and Data Science, Mr. Saravanabavan Nasiketha; Senior Lecturer Ms. Pavithra Subashini and Manager – NFORCE, Mr. Mohomad Rushdi.

This special visit facilitated fruitful discussions on future talent growth, recent collaborations, and potential future collaborations between NSBM and IFS. The delegates also had the opportunity to explore the NSBM premises, where they were introduced to state-of-the-art facilities and modern resources that enrich the learning environment for NSBM students.
