The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group of NSBM proudly hosted the inaugural session of PROFIQUE on April 7. The first session of this inspiring initiative focused on the theme of “Goal Setting and Career Planning”, unlocking professional potential and personal growth.

 

The session featured Ms. Miuli Kalubowila, Founder of Generation Alpha (Pvt) Ltd., Ecosystem Builder, and Corporate Trainer, who delivered an insightful session on creating a vision, and career development. Her engaging and impactful presentation left participants with a renewed sense of purpose and the motivation to pursue their goals with clarity and confidence.

 

With an enthusiastic and highly engaged audience, the session was filled with learning, interaction, and fresh perspectives. A fun and collaborative activity to create a vision board added extra energy and connection, making the experience even more memorable.
