Culinario Episode 05 – Round 01, the annual flagship event of the International Center for Tourism and Hospitality (ICTH) successfully concluded on 21st March 2025 at the NSBM Green University Premises. The event was held in collaboration with ICTH Foodies, a satellite club under the ICTH. The first round brought together 50 teams (100 participants) as they faced a fierce culinary battle to secure the 12 spots in the semi-finals.  
 
This event was graced by the Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Madam Thilini De Silva, the Head of the Department of Marketing and Tourism Management, Mr. Venura Colombage, the Lecturer in Charge of the ICTH, Ms. Senelie Gunaratne, representatives from Edinborough, Mr. Dulith Kulatunge and Mr. Asanka Jayasundara, as well as academic and non-academic staff, and undergraduates of NSBM Green University. 
 
Furthermore, the competition was judged by Chef Sriyantha Prasad from Cinnamon Lakeside, Ms. Tharushi Attanayake, the Lecturer in Charge of ICTH Sustainability, and Mr. Dushan Leelachandra, the Lecturer in Charge of ICTH Aviation.
