Culinario Episode 05, the annual flagship event of the International Center for Tourism and Hospitality (ICTH), successfully concluded the semi-finals at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon on 03rd April 2025. The event was held in collaboration with ICTH Foodies, a satellite club under the ICTH. The second round brought together 12 teams (24 participants) selected from Round 01 as they engaged in an exciting cook-off to secure the 04 spots in the Grand Finale. The competitors were accompanied by a few members of the ICTH and the Mistress in Charge of the ICTH, Ms. Senelie Gunaratne, along with Mr Hasantha Dissanayake, a lecturer attached to the Department of Marketing and Tourism Management.

As the Hospitality Partner of Culinario Episode 05, Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts graciously provided the event venue and cooking amenities. Moreover, Chef Senaka Jayasinghe and the incredible team at Hikka Tranz supported the competition immensely!
