The International Conference on Transformative Applied Research (ICTAR) 2024 pre-conference workshop concluded successfully, bringing together a distinguished group of scholars, researchers, and professionals for insightful discussions at the Green Boardroom, NSBM Green University, on 29th January 2025.

We were privileged to host Prof. Arosha S. Adikaram, Chair Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Colombo, who delivered a thought-provoking session on “Thriving in Academia: Practical Approaches to Work-Life Balance.” Addressing a crucial real-world challenge, her talk provided valuable strategies for balancing professional responsibilities with personal well-being.

Dr. Srinath Dissanayake, Senior Lecturer at the University of Kelaniya, engaged participants in an interactive session on “From Data to Publication: Web Tools for Effective Research.” He introduced the latest web tools and explored the role of AI integrity in research, offering practical insights into developing high-quality manuscripts with strong theoretical and practical foundations.

The workshop fostered a dynamic exchange of knowledge and innovative ideas, equipping attendees with essential skills for academic and research excellence. Thank you to all who participated in making this event a success!
