Venture Verse 2024, the New Product Development Exhibition organised by the 24.1 Foundation batch under the module of Principles of Management and Business, was held on the 14th of March, 2024 in the Faculty of Business. Ten groups of NSBM foundation students engaged in the process, and they showcased their marketing skills, along with entrepreneurial capabilities, by launching ten unique and innovative products on the day. The exhibition was organised under the theme “sustainability”, and all the products, packaging and marketing aspects were streamlined to align with the theme.

The exhibition was declared open by Prof. Bharatha Dodankotuwa, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean of the Faculty of Business, along with Ms Bhasuri Amarathunge, Head of the Department of Management, Ms. Anne Pathiranage, Head of Department of Accounting and Finance, Prof. Shanthi Segarajasingham, Head of Department of Legal Studies and Ms. Prabha Silva, Lecturer in Charge of the module. Many other academic staff members joined in witnessing the creative talents of the students and encouraging them to pursue their abilities. The exhibition was highly admired by all the academic and non-academic staff members as well as students from all faculties who visited it during the day.
