NSBM Green University recently hosted a pivotal discussion focusing on enhancing the security measures for the safety and protection of its student community. The discussion, led by the esteemed Inspector General of Police, Deshabandu Tennakoon, was held on 26th March 2024 at NSBM Auditorium.
The discussion brought together various officials and stakeholders invested in NSBM student welfare. Participating in the discussion were security officers, representatives from social and civil government agencies, local business owners, and boarding house proprietors in and around the Pitipana, Homagama area.
Addressing the participants, the Inspector General of Police deliberated on the existing concerns and had productive discussions with all the parties to foster collaboration and formulate proactive measures for ensuring the well-being and protection of NSBM students.
