In an attempt to ensure that our educational approach aligns with the demands of the modern era, NSBM organised an engaging Academic Development Session on Outcome-Based Education (OBE), with a focus on learning outcomes with pedagogy and assessment. The session was held on 4^th of July 2023 at the Green Boardroom, and it was facilitated by Dr. Prabhat Pankaj, the Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. Dr. Pankaj is an avid trainer, profound researcher and a renowned resource person recognised globally for his expertise in the areas of economics of happiness, faculty leadership, effective teaching, and outcome-based education (OBE).  

As Dr. Pankaj shared his invaluable insights on OBE, the session explored various aspects of OBE implementation while highlighting its significance and benefits for student learning outcomes. The session saw the enthusiastic participation of NSBM academic staff members representing all the faculties.
