The first episode of INSURGENCE ’25 guest lecture series took place on 9th April 2025, setting the stage for an extraordinary journey of learning. The series kicked off with an inspiring guest lecture on “Operations Improvement” by Mr. Indika Kumara Gamage, Head of Operations – Factory Manager at Unilever Sri Lanka.

This enlightening session, specially tailored for the 2nd Year Business Management Students, was organized by the Industrial Management Circle of NSBM Green University under the Department of Operations and Logistics. The session aimed to provide students with real-world business insights into operations improvement, equipping them with strategies to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business excellence.
