Prof. E. A. Weerasinghe, Vice Chancellor of NSBM Green University, met and congratulated the team of undergraduates from the Faculty of Engineering who secured the prestigious Gold Award at the AI Sprint 2025 AI Hackathon. The team also had the opportunity to meet Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy Vice Chancellor.

Extending their warm wishes, both the Vice Chancellor and Deputy Vice Chancellor commended the NSBM team for their outstanding achievement, triumphing over 19 finalist teams from esteemed institutions, including the University of Moratuwa, University of Colombo, University of Ruhuna, SLIIT, and IIT.
