Two esteemed academics from the Faculty of Computing at NSBM Green University, Dr. Mohamed Shafraz and Mr. Isuru Sri Bandara, are proudly representing the university at the “International Conference on Education: Pioneering Education’s Future,” organized by Abu Dhabi University. The conference, taking place from the 2nd to the 4th of October 2024 in Al Ain, UAE, centers around the theme, “Innovations in Teaching & Learning: Charting Higher Education’s Path Forward.”
During the conference, Dr. Shafraz and Mr. Bandara presented their research paper titled “The Use of Generative AI Tools in Assessing Open-ended Text-based Examinations,”. Additionally, they participated in various workshops and seminars, gaining invaluable global perspectives on higher education and exploring cutting-edge innovations to further enrich NSBM’s research culture and academic development.
