Dr. Mohamed Shafraz, Head of the Department of Software Engineering / Senior Lecturer at NSBM’s Faculty of Computing, was invited as the Keynote Speaker at “Beyond the Classroom”, a workshop on Research and Industry Insights hosted by Paragon Research and Innovation Group at York St John University’s London Campus in the UK on June 13, 2024.

In his enlightening keynote speech, Dr. Shafraz shared invaluable insights, ideas, and advice, garnering significant admiration from both academia and industry leaders. The audience included representatives from leading UK universities and major companies such as IBM and Amazon, who were notably impressed with NSBM Green University and its global contributions.

This session was part of a collaborative exchange in research culture and practices between NSBM Green University and York St John University.
