Culinario Episode 04 – Round 01, the annual flagship event of the International Center for Tourism and Hospitality (ICTH) successfully concluded on 18th March 2024 at the NSBM Green University Premises. The event was held in collaboration with the Foodies Club of NSBM, a satellite club under the ICTH. The first round brought together 40 teams (80 participants) as they faced a fierce culinary battle to secure the 12 spots in Round 02.

This event was graced by the Vice Chancellor of NSBM, Prof. E A Weerasinghe, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Ms. Thilini De Silva, Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Dr. Chaminda Wijesinghe, and members of the staff. The competition was also graced by the competition’s industry partners from Edinborough Products and Cinnamon Hotels and Resorts.
