NSBM Green University and JAT Holdings PLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 6th March 2024 at the university premises.

This mutually beneficial partnership with JAT Holdings PLC is the latest initiative of the NSBM Industry Partnership Programme of NSBM for Career and Entrepreneurship (NFORCE). The partnership particularly focuses on research and development initiatives, aiming to foster innovation and knowledge exchange between academia and industry.

The MoU was signed between the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of NSBM, Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake and Director – Research and Development of JAT Holdings PLC, Mr. Ajith Bandara, in the presence of Dean of the Faculty of Business, Ms Thilini De Silva, Manager – NFORCE, Mr. Mohamed Rushdi, Ms. Sachini Malsha and Mr. Lavan Kumar, Lecturers from Faculty of Science representing NSBM, while JAT Holdings PLC was represented by Mr. Sudath Silva, General Manager – Human Resources, Mr. Sushantha Alwis, Manager – HR Operations, and Mr. Ravindu Senanayake, Assistant Manager – HR.
