NSBM Faculty of Science inaugurated the first-ever batch for BSc (Hons) Nursing Top-up degree in a ceremony held on 16th February 2024 at the Green Boardroom.

The inauguration ceremony saw the graceful participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Dr Nuwanthi Katuwawila, the Head of the Department of Biomedical Science, Dr Dr. Miruna Rabindrakumar and the academic staff members of the faculty.

BSc (Hons) Nursing is a 1 year, full-time Top Up degree fully awarded by University of Plymouth, UK. This degree program is designed to elevate the advanced clinical expertise, theoretical knowledge, and professionalism of nursing practitioners.
