The Grand Finale of  “Culinario – Episode 3” the annual culinary competition organized by the International Center of Tourism and Hospitality in collaboration with the Foodies Club of NSBM Green University concluded successfully at the University premises on the 30th of May 2023.

After two rounds of intense competition, battling against 40 exceptional teams in the first round and 10 incredible teams in the second round, the top four teams took center stage at the Grand Finale as they faced off against each other in the hope of securing the coveted Culinario Trophy.

This event was graced with the presence of Prof. E.A Weerasinghe, Vice Chancellor of NSBM Green University, Prof. Chaminda Rathnayake, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Baratha Dodankotuwa, Head of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Mr. Venura Colombage, Head of the Department of Marketing & Tourism Management, Ms. Chethika Rajapaksha, Head of Marketing at Edinborough, NSBM academics and dignitaries representing the event’s partners.

Ultimately, Achini Aparekka and Numasha Naduni clinched the Culinario Championship whilst Seynila Suriyaarachchi and Manisha Hansani emerged as the runners-up of the competition.
