NSBM Faculty of Computing (FOC) first-year undergraduates had the exciting opportunity to engage in an insightful session with industry leaders from 99X recently. The session, titled “How to Be Relevant in the IT Industry,” aimed to prepare students for the fast-evolving tech landscape.
The event featured two distinguished trainers from 99X: Anura Adhikari, Senior Manager of Employee Success, and Sidath Munasinghe, Senior Tech Lead. Both professionals brought a wealth of knowledge and shared valuable insights drawn from their own career journeys.
The session further delved into the critical role of proactive learning and skill development, guiding students on how to align their personal growth with the ever-changing demands of the IT industry.
