The latest instalment of E4.0+, the flagship corporate grooming programme of the Faculty of Engineering at NSBM, concluded successfully on the 21st of March 2024, marking another milestone in the journey of grooming industry-ready engineering graduates.

E4.0+ stands as the purposefully designed initiative by NSBM, aimed at preparing engineering undergraduates for their first-ever corporate exposure through internships. Hosted jointly by the Faculty of Engineering and NSBM for Career & Entrepreneurship (NFORCE), the programme brings together top industry experts to mentor and guide NSBM’s budding engineers.

The event featured sessions led by prominent figures in the industry who shared their insights, enriching the students with valuable knowledge and perspectives. Mr. Bandu Mahasen, Chief Operating Officer at E&P Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., and Mr. Indika Gamage, Head of 3P/2P Operations at Unilever Sri Lanka, were among the distinguished facilitators, while Mr. Rushdi Hadhi, Manager of NFORCE at NSBM, also conducted a session on industry preparedness.
